Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook frozen broccoli and salt and drain. Mix in remaining ingredients and place in casserole dish. Top with finely grated Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing (1/2 bag) mixed with 1 stick melted margarine.
