  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • Pepperidge Farm dressing mix with herbs - 1 pkg
  • diced, cooked and drained squash - 4 c

How to make squash casserole:

Melt margarine and put over 2/3 of dressing. Save 1/3 for top. Start with a layer of squash, layer of onions, next mix sour cream, soup, sauce and pimento. Pour this over dressing, squash and onion mixture. Sprinkle rest of dressing mix over. T
