Zippy zucchini
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 6 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- sliced mushrooms - 1/2 c
- small zucchini, sliced - 5 item
How to make zippy zucchini:
Peel and press garlic. Saute over low heat in olive oil until garlic is light golden, about 10 minutes. Steam zucchini and mushrooms until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Place in serving dish.
