Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash in salt water until tender; drain well. Melt butter. Mix in salt and pepper; set aside. Add all ingredients and 1/2 package of stuffing to squash. Mix in butter mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
