  • salt - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • small carton sour cream - 1 item
  • small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
  • Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix - 1 pkg
  • small jar pimento - 1 item
  • yellow squash - 2 lb

How to make squash casserole:

Boil squash in salt water until tender; drain well. Melt butter. Mix in salt and pepper; set aside. Add all ingredients and 1/2 package of stuffing to squash. Mix in butter mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
