Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- cooked squash - 3 c
- herb stuffing - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Mix together squash, onions, sour cream and soup. In separate bowl, mix melted margarine and herb stuffing. Place 1/2 in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread squash mixture over stuffing. Sprinkle remaining stuffing over squash. Bake 30 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
