Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
How to make yellow squash casserole:
Boil squash until tender; drain and mash. Chop onion; saute in 1/2 stick of margarine until tender. Add soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Melt the remaining margarine and add to the dressing crumbs.
