Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- fresh squash
- large carrot, grated - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1/2 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash in very small amount of water. Drain and mash. Mix with sour cream and soup. Add onion and carrot. Grease dish. Put squash mixture in dish. Cover with dressing mix and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
