Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- large carrot, grated - 1 item
- jar pimento, chopped - 1 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash, drain and mash. Season with salt and pepper. Add other ingredients, except herb dressing and butter. Melt butter in oblong casserole dish. Stir in 3/4 of herb dressing mix. Mix until butter is absorbed. Combine with squash mixture. Pour into casserole dish and cover with herb dressing.
