Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- cooked squash, drained - 2 c
- chopped, seasoned croutons or cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash; drain. Mix all other ingredients together. Spoon into lightly greased casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
