Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- broth
- milk or cream - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- diced cooked turkey or chicken - 2 c
- bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 item
How to make turkey casserole:
Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender. Add flour. Stir in broth; cook for 5 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and cream; remove from heat. Add turkey, mixing lightly. Cook spaghetti according to directions. Place spaghetti in bottom of 2Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
