Ingredients/Components
- cooked squash - 3 c
- sugar - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Drain and mash squash. Mix all ingredients, except margarine and crackers. Pour into greased casserole. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
