Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked squash - 3 c
- small jar pimentos, chopped - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup or chicken - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing. Put layer of crumbs and layer of mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
