Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- or 2 eggs - 1 item
- crackers - 1 pkg
- chopped squash - 4 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash with onion until tender. Drain. Add cream of celery soup, cheese and eggs. Pour into casserole dish. Melt margarine and crumble crackers in it. Spread on top of casserole. Cook in oven at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
