Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can French-style beans - 1 item
- Topping: slivered almonds
How to make bean and corn casserole:
Topping: slivered almonds crushed Ritz crackers grated Cheddar cheese Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in butter. Drain beans and corn; mix with celery soup and sour cream. Mix all the casserole ingredients; pour into a sprayed 13 x 9-inch dish.Topping: Cover with slivered almonds, crushed Ritz crackers and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
