Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • slivered almonds - 1 pkg
  • celery, chopped - 1/2 c
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
  • crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • can French-style beans - 1 item
  • Topping: slivered almonds

How to make bean and corn casserole:

Topping: slivered almonds crushed Ritz crackers grated Cheddar cheese Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in butter. Drain beans and corn; mix with celery soup and sour cream. Mix all the casserole ingredients; pour into a sprayed 13 x 9-inch dish.

Topping: Cover with slivered almonds, crushed Ritz crackers and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
