- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- container sour cream - 1 (8

How to make squash casserole:
Dice squash and onion; cook in a little water with salt, pepper and butter on low for 15 minutes. Drain water; add sour cream and undiluted soup. Add 1/2 cup butter to stuffing. Add one-half of stuffing mixture to squash mixture, reserving one-half for top. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole and sprinkle with remaining stuffing.
