Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 item
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 item
- cans squash or equal amount fresh cooked squash - 2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Drain squash and add eggs, soup, salt, pepper, onions and about 10 crumbled crackers. Stir in cheese. Pour into casserole. Top with more crumbled crackers. Dot with butter. Cook at 350° until set, about 30 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
