Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- squash, cooked and drained - 3 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Melt butter; mix with stuffing mix. Mix other ingredients; layer in casserole dish. Bake 25 or 30 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
