Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- grated carrot - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked squash, drained - 4 c
- herb dressing - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, carrots and onion. Mix margarine and herb dressing. Place half dressing mix in greased casserole. Add squash mix. Sprinkle remaining herb mix. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
