Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium carrots, grated - 2 item
- small jar pimentos, chopped - 1 item
- yellow squash, cooked - 2 c
- corn bread stuffing - 1/2 c
How to make squash casserole:
In casserole dish, melt margarine and mix with stuffing. Remove 3/4 cup of stuffing for top of casserole. Line bottom of casserole with remaining stuffing. Add squash and other ingredients. Spread the 3/4 cup stuffing on top and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
