Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- summer squash, sliced - 6 c
How to make summer squash casserole:
Steam squash and onion until soft. Drain and set aside. Mix soup, sour cream and carrots together and add to squash. Melt margarine and mix with dry stuffing mix. Press 1/2 of stuffing mixture into greased baking dish. Add squash mixture. Cover with remaining stuffing mix. Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.
