  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • soda
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • margarine - 3/4 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Combine the first 5 ingredients and then add to remaining ingredients except zucchini. Blend together, then stir in all grated zucchini and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
