- sour cream - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- yellow squash - 1 to
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash whole in 2 quarts water on medium heat until tender. Mix package of stuffing in melted margarine. Pour 1/2 of stuffing mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
