Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- stuffing mix - 2 c
- squash, sliced - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion in small amount of water. After cooking, mash. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup stuffing mix. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish or spray with Pam. Cover with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
