Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrots - 1/3 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sliced zucchini - 4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- stick butter, softened - 1/2 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb dressing - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Mix all ingredients together, except dressing and butter, and place in buttered casserole. Top with Pepperidge Farm herb dressing. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
