Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cracker meal - 2 c
- squash - 3 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Slice squash. Boil until tender. Drain. Add all ingredients. Pour mixture into dish. Save some cracker meal to sprinkle on top. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until brown on top.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
