Ingredients/Components
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 pkg
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- small container sour cream - 1 item
- cans squash or fresh squash - 2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Butter bottom of casserole dish. Put 1/4 package bread crumbs in dish. Combine all other ingredients except remainder of bread crumbs. Mix well. Pour into casserole. Top with rest of bread crumbs. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
