Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/2 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- sliced squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash, carrots and onion in water until tender; drain. Add sour cream and chicken soup; mix. Melt butter; mix with stuffing. Put 1/2 in baking dish; add squash mixture, then put the rest of stuffing on top. Bake 1 hour at 350° or 1/2 hour in microwave.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
