Ingredients/Components
- cooked squash - 2 c
- box Stove Top cornbread dressing - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 item
- chicken broth - 1 pt
- salt to taste - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- Velveeta cheese, sliced - 1/2 lb
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients except cheese. In casserole dish, pour half of squash mixture, then a layer of cheese slices. Add the rest of squash mixture and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with more cheese slices and return to oven another 5 minutes. Bake at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
