Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- medium onions, chopped - 3 item
- crackers, crushed - 8 item
- self-rising cornmeal - 2 Tbsp
- yellow squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Combine lightly. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover with more crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
