Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/2 c
- herb-seasoned dressing mix - 6 oz
- cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- sliced squash - 3 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- small onion - 1 item
- large carrots - 3 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make squash casserole:
Melt margarine and toss with dressing mix. Mix half of the dressing mixture with squash, soup, sour cream, onion, carrots and pepper. Turn mixture into lightly-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining dressing mixture over top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
