Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- crushed pineapple, undrained - 2 c
- Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
- peeled and shredded zucchini - 6 c
How to make zucchini jam:
Cook zucchini 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in jello. After jello is dissolved, pour into jars and seal or put in freezer.Quote: "Jam is super".
