Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 6 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 1/2 c
  • crushed pineapple, undrained - 2 c
  • Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
  • peeled and shredded zucchini - 6 c

How to make zucchini jam:

Cook zucchini 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in jello. After jello is dissolved, pour into jars and seal or put in freezer.
