Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm dressing mix - 1/2 pkg
- fresh or frozen squash - 1 qt
How to make squash casserole:
Cook and drain squash (until tender). Add remaining ingredients using only half the cheese. Pour into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
