  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
  • stick melted butter - 1/2 item
  • small curd cottage cheese - 1 lb
  • grated Brick cheese - 1/4 lb

How to make spinach souffle:

Cook spinach to directions on box and squeeze out water. Beat eggs. Melt butter; stir in flour to make a smooth paste. Add beaten eggs. Mix well. Stir in spinach. Fold in cheeses, salt and pepper. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour in mixture. Bake 3
