- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- small curd cottage cheese - 1 lb
- grated Brick cheese - 1/4 lb
How to make spinach souffle:
Cook spinach to directions on box and squeeze out water. Beat eggs. Melt butter; stir in flour to make a smooth paste. Add beaten eggs. Mix well. Stir in spinach. Fold in cheeses, salt and pepper.
