Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- Bisquick - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- melted margarine or butter - 1 c
- diced cooked ham
- to 5 chopped green onions - 4 item
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained real well - 1 pkg
- Stir in spinach and cheese
How to make brunch casserole:
Blend eggs, Bisquick, margarine or butter, milk and salt. Stir in spinach and cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle over top the ham and green onions. Bake in 325° oven for 40 minutes. Top with 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced) and white sauce.White Sauce:4 Tbsp. margarine or butter4 Tbsp. flour1 c. milk salt and pepper to taste Melt margarine or butter; add flour. Stir well. Add milk and seasonings. Cook over medium heat until thick. Add 2 cups grated Swiss cheese. Bake in a 400° oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
