- wing parts - 4 lb
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil for frying - 1 item
- sugar
- shoyu - 1/2 c
- mirin - 1 tsp
- chopped green onions - 1 item
- grated ginger - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chili pepper, cut in half - 1 item
How to make fried chicken wings:
Sauce:1/3 c. sugar1/2 c. shoyu1 tsp. mirin chopped green onions1/4 tsp. grated ginger1 clove garlic, minced1 chili pepper, cut in half Rub chicken with salt. Dredge with flour.Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. Heat oil; fry chicken until golden brown. Immediately dip into sauce and drain.
