Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- frozen spinach, thawed and drained - 1 pkg
- parmesan cheese, grated - 1/3 c
- jar artichokes, chopped - 1/2 item
- monterey jack cheese, coarsely grated - 1 c
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw and squeeze excess moisture from spinach using a clean kitchen cloth, cheesecloth, or strainer. Combine all ingredients and cook in microwave until creamy. You may need to add water or milk 1 teaspoon at a time until the dip reaches the desired consistency.Variation: Substitute mozzarella or muenster cheese for the monterey jack.
