  • chopped nuts - 1 item
  • butter or margarine, softened - 4 Tbsp
  • grated onion - 1/2 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • ripe olives, chopped - 2/3 c
  • Blue cheese - 4 oz
  • chives or green onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp

How to make blue cheese ball:

Blend all ingredients except nuts. Refrigerate-overnight best. Shape mixture into ball and roll over chopped nuts, covering ball completely. Serve with crackers.
