Stuffed eggs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- 1/2 Dozen eggs, hard-cooked - 1 item
- to 1/2 cup Kraft sandwich spread - 1/4 item
- Minced onion may add more or less if desired - 2 Tbsp
- Curry powder - 1/4 tsp
How to make stuffed eggs:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks. Mash yolks. Stir in sandwich spread, onion, curry powder, salt and pepper. Fill each egg white with yolk mixture; chill. Sprinkle stuffed egg halves with paprika.Yields 18 servings. Recipe may be halved.
