Ingredients/Components

- sour cream - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make spinach dip:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with chilled raw vegetables or with crackers or bread. Makes 3 cups. Can be made a day ahead to blend flavors.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
