- warm water - 1/2 c
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
How to make sweetened condensed milk:
Place water in bowl. Gradually add milk, stirring until dissolved. Add sugar 1 teaspoon at a time, stirring until dissolved. It may help to set the bowl in a pan of hot water to dissolve the sugar.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, American, North american.
