Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sugar - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- box vanilla wafers - 1 item
- pie filling any flavor - 1 item
How to make cheese tarts:
Cream the cheese and sugar. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Beat in eggs until fluffy. Put 1 whole vanilla wafer into paper cupcake liner and fill 1/2 to 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Place a dollop of pie filling on top. Makes 14 to 16.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
