Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • softened cream cheese - 16 oz
  • Roquefort or Blue cheese - 8 oz
  • rolls Nippy or sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 item

How to make blue cheese ball:

Allow cheese to soften to room temperature. Mix well. Add garlic, salt and Worcestershire sauce and mix again. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Shape into balls and roll in parsley and pecans. Chill.
