Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- softened cream cheese - 16 oz
- Roquefort or Blue cheese - 8 oz
- rolls Nippy or sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 item
How to make blue cheese ball:
Allow cheese to soften to room temperature. Mix well. Add garlic, salt and Worcestershire sauce and mix again. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Shape into balls and roll in parsley and pecans. Chill.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Low Carb.
