Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
- small curd cottage cheese - 1 c
- or more garlic - 2 Tbsp
- cornbread muffin mix - 1 pkg
- frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 1 pkg
How to make spinach cornbread:
Mix all ingredients and bake in oiled and heated iron skillet at 400° for about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Spinach.
