Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- shortening - 5 Tbsp
- flour all-purpose - 2 c
How to make buttermilk biscuits:
Sift dry ingredients and cut in shortening. Then stir in milk. Roll out and cut biscuits. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Rolls/biscuits.
