Ingredients/Components

• box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• box chopped spinach, thawed - 1 item
• cottage cheese - 3/4 c
• stick margarine, melted - 1 item
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• buttermilk - 1/3 c

How to make spinach cornbread:

Grease skillet and preheat. Squeeze spinach dry. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into hot skillet and cook at 400° for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
