- box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- box chopped spinach, thawed - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 3/4 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/3 c
How to make spinach cornbread:
Grease skillet and preheat. Squeeze spinach dry. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into hot skillet and cook at 400° for 30 minutes or until brown on top.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Spinach.
