- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oleo, melted - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 6 oz
- medium onion, grated - 1 item
- box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix - 1 item
- box frozen spinach, drain and chopped, squeeze out liquid
How to make spinach cornbread:
Preheat oven to 400°. In bowl mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes until done.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Spinach.
