Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- pkg - 4 oz
- melted butter
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- thyme - 1 Tbsp
- large onions, minced - 2 item
- herb stuffing Pepperidge Farm; 8 oz - 4 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach according to recipe and squeeze off all liquid. Mix spinach, stuffing, onions, eggs, cheese, garlic, butter, salt and pepper. Chill 2 hours or longer. Roll mixture into about 75 balls, 1-inch in diameter. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use. Preheat oven to 325°.
