Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • margarine, melted - 3/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix dry - 2 c

How to make spinach balls:

Thaw and drain spinach thoroughly. Mix all ingredients. Roll into walnut-size balls. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. These freeze well.
