Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix dry - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Thaw and drain spinach thoroughly. Mix all ingredients. Roll into walnut-size balls. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. These freeze well.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
