  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • garlic salt to taste - 1 item
  • oregano to taste - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
  • small cottage cheese - 1 item
  • Ragu sauce - 1 qt
  • Mozzarella cheese - 2 c

How to make spaghetti pie:

Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings; set aside. Cook spaghetti as directed; drain. Turn into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan. Beat eggs; drizzle over spaghetti. Pour butter over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Spread with cottage cheese. Add cooled meat mixture; pour sauce over meat layer. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
