Ingredients/Components
- can evaporated milk - 1/3 item
- plain yogurt - 1/2 c
- instant nonfat dry milk add extra powder - 1 qt
How to make yogurt:
Make the instant milk, adding the extra powder. Add the evaporated milk. Heat until almost boiling. Let it cool to lukewarm in a casserole dish. Add the yogurt and cover. Wrap in aluminum foil and a towel. Put in the unheated oven for 24 hours. Add vanilla, honey, fruit, etc., for flavoring. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
